HOW DO I GET MY GEAR: Our representative will deliver your rental gear to the mandatory pre-embarkation meeting the night prior to your departure from Punta Arenas. Size exchanges will be available should you need to exchange a size.
RETURNING YOUR GEAR: Our representative will meet you at your post voyage hotel upon your return to Punta Arenas from the South Shetland Islands and collect your gear.
For expeditions beginning in Punta Arenas and ending in Ushuaia, please return your gear to our partner's shop, Tierra del Fuego Aventura on 376 San Martin Street (one block from the entrance to the pier). They're open 7 days a week from 8AM to 9PM.
